Reference to your feedback on the use of our board supply, we checked with our QC & production team.
The production records shows the values are OK.
Also re-checked the out-turn samples from the run to check specially the CD stretch values and the moisture profile.
The moisture profile was good with values between 5.5 - 6.4 and also the stretch values were with-in specs.
Mostly the formation issue (curling of cup rim) will arise due to inconsistent moisture profile and low CD stretch.
We have informed internally about your feedback and assure you that it will be monitored with more frequency of checks.
