Most of the kitchen area is given over to specific
storage zones: eight cold rooms for meat, fish and plants,
a cold room equipped with a basin in which bamboo
for the lemurs is stored. Secondary kitchens are installed
in the Great Greenhouse (complete with bay window),
the Hub building, the giraffe house and close to the
vivaria. Particular attention is paid to supply sources in
the context of sustainable development, with preference
given to short distribution chains
