The channels represent total RNA from, from top to
bottom: E. coli; rat liver; rat kidney; human colon carcinoma cell line
Caco-2; human pancreas carcinoma cell line Capan-1; human mammary
carcinoma cell line MCF7; mouse adenoma cell line Y-l, all cell
lines available through ATCC (Rockville, MD, USA). The quality of
RNA and efficiency of electrophoretic separation and blotting were
controled by ethidium bromide staining of the blotting membrane.
