1. It is assumed that brain-based learning strategies can be developed that will
produce measure able achievement within students at varying levels of
development.
2. It is assumed that the students in this study are making the best effort to achieve the highest score possible on the Wisconsin Knowledge and Concepts Exam
(WKCE).
3. It is assumed that these measure able achievements will be evidenced within a
relatively short period.
4. It is assumed that the teachers surveyed will respond in an honest and
professional manner.
5. It is also assumed that there is an existing body of knowledge that provides a
footprint for improving strategies for brain-based learning.
