Judge had considered that company terminated employees because down sizing manpower to balance the existing projects that effected from world oil price and client postpone the project and delay investment. Termination as required by circumstances and not discriminatory because company has opened to the voluntary early retirement for 3 times and has announced the reasons and circumstances. It held that the dismissal is the dismissal was justified.
