Again the integration perspective on culture is not very useful in drawing attention to
the subtleties and complexities present in processes of culture change of an IM type.
The differentiation and ambiguity perspective on culture could, on the other hand,
shed more light on the ways in which employees put up resistances, manipulate the
system, pretend to go along with it in order to derive personal gains or simply ignore
what is on offer and carry on the way they always did.
