In principle, AM will be providing the milling and grinding services for SingaMet.

Khun Kead ( AM ) have been appointed as the co-ordinator for Advance Metal.

Khun Kead’s roles and responsibilities:-

1. Provide quote to SingaMet.
2. Co-ordinate with Person-In-Charge ( SingaMet ) as to which plates to cut, delivery lead-time etc.
3. Co-ordinate with SingaMet on the deliveries to their customers, Dos number, etc.
4. Issue Work Orders to Khun Ae ( Mr Big of AM ) so that he can proceed to the process.
5. Inform SingaMet once the deliveries have been made and send copies of Dos to SingaMet.

Khun Nut ( QA AM ) to delicate one QA Inspector to conduct Out-Going Inspections before deliveries.

Hence Khun Kead has to inform Khun Nut on every forth-coming deliveries so that he can make assignments to his staff.

5 แจ้ง singamet เมื่อส่งมอบมีขึ้น และส่งสำเนาของ DOS เพื่อ singamet

คุณนัท ( QA ) เพื่อที่ละเอียดอ่อนเพื่อดำเนินการออกไปหนึ่ง QA ตรวจสอบการตรวจสอบก่อนการส่งมอบ
