If your request is made within fourteen days of purchase and the title has been played for less than two hours, you automatically qualify for a refund. If Steam is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, your Steam Wallet will be credited the full amount.
Please Note: Approved funds or wallet credit may take up to 7 days to appear in your account. International payment methods may take longer.
Once a refund has been processed it cannot be reversed.
