On this list please identify what machines will be used for ToPS as these will need to be priority and we should start to purchase these soon. If I remember correctly the financial year for STEC runs from January to December, so we might have to purchase the other machines that we do not have budget for in 2016, unless we get approval for additional budget.
Do we need to replace all the monitors? Can the users stick with the existing monitor for this year and then we budget to replace next year instead. This will allow us to replace more XP machines, which is the priority.
Please ask the IT Manager to track what we have purchased against budget.
