Hi, Jay~ Enclosed is our New Customer Set Up Form and Credit Card Authorization Form (if needed) so we can get you set up in our system.
Upon receipt of signed approval drawing, I can provide you with a Proforma for processing initial payment for the order. Please return the New Account Set Up form to my attention and advise how you prefer to pay. Once payment clears, we will get your order into production and provide you with an estimated ship date.
Payment Terms are: 50% deposit via Credit Card or Bank Wire Transfer. Remaining 50% balance will be due upon Shipping Documents received.
