To liaise with:
• Executive Directors
•Stakeholders – Internal and External
• Internal managers and staff
• Inquilab forum representatives
• Clients, customers, regulatory bodies, consultants and national bodies
Decision making - authority/mandates/constraints
• Take such action as may be required to ensure the delivery of objectives against the strategy, business
• Accountable for staff performance
• Take such action as may be required to ensure the use of current best practice and responses to new approached to ways of working
• Take such action as may be required to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
To be responsible for:
Central Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager, Data Management & Compliance Officer
• To manage in line with policy and procedures, code of conduct and disciplinary guidelines
Person Specification
• Experience of successful management and demonstration of business acumen
• Experience in presenting to Board members and senior decision makers
• Able to demonstrate previous experience successfully delivering in customer focused business, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
• Professionally qualified to degree level or equivalent
• Ability to deliver Inquilab’s cultural and change programmes
• Experience in the development and delivery of workforce planning approaches
• Delivered implications of change and transformation including workforce development
• Experience of working an advisory/Senior Advisory position
• Stakeholder management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Keen, innovative and proven problem solver
• Proven negotiating and influencing skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Proven skills in prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
