หน้า 4 จาก 6KK-BAP for sales tools analytic Quality Management Strategy Date: 4 December 2015 Page 4 3 Introduction The quality management strategy document is for describe quality process that will ensure our product quality to meet user requirement both functional and non-functional area ● The project sponsor will approve this strategy. ● The project manager will take this strategy to control the quality activity during development. 4 Quality Management Procedure Quality planning: o All acceptance criteria will get confirm from customer with assessable state and approved before execute any work package o All tools and method must be presented to customer. Make sure customer and quality owner share the same goal of quality o Customer can make schedule to audit quality process. By stage in quality register Quality control: quality control activity the use in project are listed below: o Compile with ISO27001 o Follow AWS cloud security. o Develop using Agile methodology o Definitions of types of quality methods Acceptation : review quality result with customer and make agreement on quality Max capacity testing: measure system quality by load of data. To ensure system can support high load behavior. Performance testing: measure system response time per activity to ensure system efficiency Fall over testing: measure system operability over fail stage by cut off network or shutdown node o Quality register should be updated for each quality activity that already performed. Quality assurance: o Project manager and Customer will audit quality result for each activity

Also walk-through the product with customer for acceptance testing each phase. 6 Records Planned and quality activity result should be recorded in quality register document. The record should detailed the result each item. Document should be placed at ‘project’ folder and template should found at ‘project/template’ folder 7 Reporting According to Communication Management Strategy, Issue Report and End stage Report will be produced to inform current status of project. Quality Register should stage the approve status for each work package and sign by approver(s) addressed in Project Product Description. 8 Timing of Quality Management Activities Customer expectation and acceptance criteria should be gathered and defined in Project Product Description before begin implementation. Quality Register will be implemented according to quality criteria, prepared for record quality result and control implement process. During implement phase, Quality register should be updated related to plan in each stage. The updated will contain result for each Work Package that perform execution. Project Manager should review Quality Register regularly to keep project on track. The Quality Management Strategy and Quality Register should be reviewed and updated every end of stage to keep plan ready for the next stage At the end of project, the final acceptance record will be signed to confirm all quality are meet expectation.
