In
each case, the following data were collected: documents containing information
about the school background and history; documents about school ICT
implementation strategies, resources and infrastructure; lesson observations;
and interviews of students, teachers, ICT team members and the principal. The
data were analyzed according to the comparative method of the grounded
theory approach (Strauss, 1987). The research team identified various key
