African currencies have been under pressure for some time now, with various factors at play in the foreign exchange markets having a distinct impact on the pockets of ordinary Africans.
Uganda's currency, the shilling, has lost around a quarter of its value against the US dollar so far in 2015. And many feel the worst is yet to come.
