Prepares food by measuring, cutting, peeling, etc. Responsible for daily requisition of products. Ensures all products are received, stored, maintained, labeled and rotated. Restocks and breaks down work station at the end of the shift. Stocks all stations and cleans/closes all stations. Ensures organization and cleanliness of all freezers and prep areas. Assists in overall kitchen cleanliness, including cleaning all station equipment and utensils (flat tops, grills, storage drawers, etc.) at the end of each shift. Students must work with pork. Flexible and willing to be trained in all kitchen positions.
