FCP
· New Regulations around Food and Hygiene system are taking place from March 2016.
· If you are on FCP plan, please ensure you are following the right process and keeping the records in the booklet.

Mesculim – Quality Control
· Be vigilant and assess all mesculim stock on daily basis. There is nothing more unpleasant than finding an odd stuff on your order.
Rosters
· Make sure your store is staffed up;
· If not, time to hire;
· Roster in staff from other stores – must be authorized by your Area Manager before shift starts.
· Do not roster people who are not having hours from other stores. There is always a reason behind it.
Go Roster
· Ready by Thursday – end of business hours;
· Adjust the roster throughout the week: look at weather forecast and amend staff shift if necessary ( try to give staff as much notice as possible and ensure if you change staff shift – it is sent written. So, we prevent and avoid any miscommunication;
· Watch all the shifts and ensure there is a senior on in all shifts – if possible!
· Last minute sick leave notice – Advise Area Manager if you need help to find a replacement.
· Staff working up to 45 hours per week/ max and needs a reason for any staff going over it – it is all about staff welfare. Staff exhausted will not perform as same as a staff refreshed and motivated.
Order Number
· Every Customer needs to have their recipe;
· Not given receipts, means not following a company procedure.
Banking
· Please ensure you do bank on daily basis – only weekends can be banked together on Monday.
· Managers and Assistant Managers consider not following the right process will be issue a warning – if you have any questions please.
Cup Count
· Must be done on daily basis – If anything is wrong, you would find straight away.
Chevalier
· Email Shradda not Sales Chev, you will not get any response.
Store Cleanliness
· It is part of the manager’s duty to ensure store is up to Tank Cleaning Standards.
