2. Is HID ready to formulate strategic goal? Yes!
3. Why or why not?
Because, as discussed briefly beneath, the company has made a precondition for developing the goals through high performance approach of planning i.e., by organizing management team for strategic goal preparation, by hiring Mr. Keith as a consultant to help the team goal development and by starting the goal preparation activity with a base of strong mission. By all this things H.I.D. had showed its readiness for goal development.
