Dear K.Santi- number 1-2, product concurred to proceed krub. But for # 3, we cannot proceed as per customer request krub. For next year, we don’t have any room to do any more card system enhancement to cater the interest computation chq payment as per customer request krub.
Please help to sincerely apologize to customer and we need to stick with our existing system treatment about the cheque payment. And we also cannot waive customer interest for next round onward krub. Please advise customer to pay chq 1 day in advance to avoid these incident occur again nakrub.
