1.Transactions between companies within Indonesia territory
- All domestic transactions should be in IDR unless there is a letter/contract made/signed before 01 jul 2015 the payment can still be in non-IDR currency. After the contract is over then the transactions should be made in IDR.
2.Inter-account transfer from USD to IDR
- No problem
3. Price List to non-Indonesia clients
- All inter-countries transactions are exempted from the obligation to use IDR. Price list/rate sheet/quotation/any other related document sent to the overseas client/companies can still be made in non-IDR currency.
4. Invoice from PT. ASA Indonesia to overseas company/partner/client
- No problem. Please refer to point 2.
5. What if we have to transfer to our affiliate companies, what currency do we use? if for example, ASAI declare dividend and want to transfer to ASA GH
- As the affiliate companies are overseas (non-Indonesia registered) the transfer is allowed in non-IDR currency
6. Payment from/to ASA Indonesia to/from overseas country
- Noproblem
7. Salary in USD
- The salary transferred from company's USD bank account in Indonesia to the staff's USD bank account in Indonesia can still be conducted in USD if there is a contract/company employment agreement until certain time as a backup document for bank underlying transactions. The contract has to be made before 01 july 2015 and will be invalid if there is any change on the subject or content of the agreement. After the end of the agreement, the salary has to be paid in IDR (transferred from company's USD bank account to staff's IDR bank account with the exchange rate from the company's USD bank account)
