1. Assignment to manage the Condominium-unit for rent
1.1 The Investor agrees to empower the Company with authority to solely manage the Condominium-unit for rent to any third party effective from the date that the Investor has registered ownership transfer of the Condominium-unit hereunder.
1.2 The Company holds authority to decide and select the Tenant, make contract, determine rental rate, collect rents and perform other duties necessary for the rental.
