Looking towards spring/summer 2015, the trend for tailored separates is set to stay strong, though designers are experimenting with different silhouettes. At DKNY and Agi & Sam there was a preference for slouchier, wide-legged trousers, with the former combining them with baseball shirts for a truly laid-back feel.
Elsewhere, Pringle of Scotland referenced their golfing heritage with a selection of Argyle jumpers and striped polo shirts, which were dressed up with sharp trousers and fringed shoes, while Lou Dalton demonstrated that the shorts suit is still in vogue – but in place of the matching blazer, some of the looks saw the designer team the tailored shorts with a lightweight zip-up biker jacket.
