8. What if you are unable to develop a new BL within the 12 Periods?
a. You can come back within an additional 12 Periods and start to earn SDB again after you qualify as a BL and develop a new first-level BL.
9. What is a Period?
a. A period is a two-week time frame used to pay bonuses. It runs from Monday through Sunday of the following week. Bonuses will be paid the following week.
10. Can Business Leaders who help a 1st/2nd level unqualified BL to qualify again start earning the Star Development Bonus (SDB) on that BL?
a. Yes, BUT the upline Business Leader must FIRST develop a new Business Leader before he/she can earn the SDB on this “re-qualifying” BL. The upline must be a High Performer. The purpose of the SDB is to encourage Development of BLs.
11. Can BLs earn the Star Development Bonus on currently qualified BLs?
a. Upline Business Leaders must develop a new BL in order to earn the Star Development Bonus on currently qualified 1st and 2nd level BLs. So the upline BL must be a High Performer first and then they can earn the SDB on existing BLs who are also High Performers. This means existing BLs also need to develop a new BL in order for you to earn the SDB on them.
