9. The room that the guest booked is not ready up on check in
• Offer guest to have the welcome drink and wait in the bar, store their luggages at the Bell Storage room or take a shower and get change in the Fitness where there is a locker and shower rooms.
• In case they booked more than one room staff may offer guest to stay or rest in another room until the waiting room is finish.
• In case the room type that guest booked is suite and it is accidentally no suite room for guest to check in, staff may offer guest to down grade the room instead. (pay less for smaller room)
