1. The employee is entitled to a minimum of six working days of paid annual
leave during the second year of service if the duration of the labour relation is more
than one year.
2. If the duration of the labour relation is less than one year but more than three
months, the employee is entitled to half a day's leave for every month of actual service
in the second year of service and, when the number of days left in the remaining
period reaches fifteen, it shall be counted as half a day toward the annual leave.
3. The annual leave shall be taken during the calendar year in which it falls due
and may be accumulated up to two years by agreement between the parties.
4. The employee's right to annual leave shall not be affected by justified absences.
