1) Select the samples of discount application forms and obtain the related contracts to perform the followings:
-Obtain the related contracts to confirm whether the discount terms and condition, as well as basic terms and condition, are appropriate and all necessary clauses are included in contract, in accordance with sales policy.
-To confirm whether approvers review/approve the appropriateness of terms/conditions prior to entering the contract.
-To confirm whether the caluse of discount terms and conditions after conclusion is appropriate.
