i listened to it with earbuds while laying still and my hands got numb and stuff and about 30 minutes in i got the feeling of floating and vibrating all over and then i stopped because i got too scared of getting sleep paralysis. Should i worry? i know how scary it is, has anyone tried this all the way? and do i have to have my eyes closed all the time? i opened them occationally.
