Initiate and implement marketing strategy for medical device business unit to meet up with business unit objective and country target. Prepare annual budget and marketing plan / activities for the business unit.
Closely perform a range of activities with sales team and other relating stakeholders to effectively market assigned products such as conducting market research / Launch new product / overseeing advertisement campaign key messages, Monitoring sales performance, monitor / analyze / evaluate market trend , customer behaviour, competitor activities and product performance / Product exhibition / Workshop etc. to meet up with strategic imperative and business objective.
Liaise with other department to ensure effective implementation and corrective action i.e with RA for FDA matters, with logistic for inventory forecast etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum BSc in Medical technology, Nursing , Pharmaceutical - with business management degree / experiences.
Excellent command of English communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy and Effective presentation.
Product management experiences in medical device industry / Healthcare hospital segment. Experience in cardiovascular product / market are preferred.
Willing to travel to up-country and oversea.
Flexible to work long hour and weekend from time to time.
