Licensee’s Restrictions
During the term of this Agreement, the Licensee must not without the prior written consent of Morningstar (which may be
withheld or which may include certain conditions):
(a) create a Derivative Work;
(b) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Products;
(c) sell, redistribute, reproduce, transmit, circulate, disseminate, translate or reduce to or from any electronic medium
or machine readable form any Product or any data/information provided to the Licensee through Products to a person (other
than an Authorised User);
(d) vary or amend the Authorised Use and Distribution without Morningstar’s prior written approval;
(e) commit any act or omission the likely result of which is that Morningstar’s reputation will be brought into
disrepute or which act or omission
