We found that the new mold is very tight as we changed the new factory for product manufacturing. Sometimes, when consumers turn on the switch on/off button, they think they put it to the end already, actually, the switch falls into the safety lock area. Thus, please kindly inform the Customer Service staff, if the consumers call and say, belt is not charging, 99% means that the switch is still in the safety lock area, please ask the consumers to push the button to the maximum limitation.
