Yesterday, I hvae sent you a reset password email so hope it works.
For the credit card information, you can access Inbox with your manager account and go to Booking detail -> Click " View credit card informatoin" to find it.
BTW,as it is illegal for us to save cvc/cvv information in our system, because both of us ( the website and the property ) have agreed to PCI standard, if your property don't have OFFLINE charge system, you need to issue this function at nearby bank.
