Dear Montri:
McDonald's uses a proper "FCB" product made by Coca Cola which gives their frozen ice drinks smoother texture and greater overrun (air/ice expansion hence more profit). We will be using Pepsi's standard syrups that we have now, "Fountain Drinks" which will give us less overrun and a coarser texture. The following screenshots explain - the reason we need to know this is that when we price the product after it is here, there is no ice added only the bulking up from being frozen. We will not initially know how much we get from a bag unless we dispense an entire box of pepsi syrup - never mind - what will be important is how we price it and having dome lids for this drink will make a big difference - khun Kai should know the price.
