This is to inform you that our meeting for Tuesday has to be postponed. I’ve just been advised by my agent that shipment of that our new silk fabrics has been delayed.
As much as I’d like to see you again, our scheduled meeting on Tuesday 10:00 a.m doesn’t make much sense without the merchandise. I had the opportunity to examine the fabrics during my last visit to Japan and the catalogue just doesn’t do them justice. The feel and the texture of the fabrics are exceptional. You have to see and feel them personal to understand their superior quality.
The moment I’m notified of shipment, I’ll call u to reschedule. It should not take more than 14 days for the shipment to arrive. I believe these fabrics will become a major seller for your store.
