The chicken
products were manufactured by national branded companies.
Each chicken kabab weighed about 25 g and in contained 65 g
meat/100 g of product and other ingredients were, soy protein
granules, iodized salt, egg white, spices and condiments (ginger,
garlic, green chili, pepper etc.), antioxidant (INS 300,322) and stabilizer (INS 452).
