Process and assist in Visa and Work Permit documentation preparation and deal with Immigration, BOI and Labour Department
Manage and maintain employee profile and employee database
Handle the monthly payroll and HR administrative tasks
Assist in the administration of Provident Fund, Group Life Insurance, Health, Social Security, Workers’ Compensation Fund plans
Provide support in recruitment processes and termination process.
Responsible for daily human resources administration duties, such as leave records keeping, Compensation and Benefit administration, interview arrangement and other ad hoc projects
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and other training
