Position Responsibilities:
Formulate trade marketing strategy for each client together with CM and Clients. (or ask client to provide strategy)
Set channel sales target and trade budget spending in line with CM for all channels
Define yearly promotional plan with trade spend budget by client across all sales channels
Deploy trade promotional plan with trade spend budget to all sales teams
Monitor actual trade spending vs. sales and analyze ROI of each trade activity after promotion period or completion of any trade investment campaigns
Organize seasonal / ad hoc / special promotional items
Prepare sales brief or sales kit for all sales channels
Rolling forecast of some clients providing to CM
Qualifications:
Thai nationality with Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Related Field (MBA is preferred)
Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences in Trade Marketing or Consumer Marketing
Minimum 1 - 2 years experiences in FMCG is preferred
Innovative thinking & Flexible : able to accept new ways of thinking and execution
Good planning and managing performance of self
Budget management experience
Good and effective communication
