She has received seven gold medals since 1996, making her the most decorated female athlete in X Games history. She was also responsible for introducing the "Fabiola Rule" in 2000, which allowed woman to compete in all-male competitions for the first time. Since then, she has been in the top ten several times in events where she has competed against men.
