Differences of A.R.% of specific aroma compounds were
observed also between the candies added with the strawberry
natural (NS, Table 4A) or nature-identical type (NIS, Table 4B),
likely affected by their different relative concentration in the pure
flavouring. i.e. Ethyl acetate showed an A.R.% < 4% for the NS added
candies while it was >90% for the NIS flavoured candies.
