The work focuses on the support of learning
communities where teachers and learners are
helping each other, or work together on
certain problems. In order to monitor,
analyze and support those learning
communities we need to implement tools
which capture usage and interaction. We also
need personal and digital agents that help to
build up a learning context based on content
in order to support teachers and students
