Secondly, the resulting impact noise in the receiving room from the action of the percussion machine on the original pavement of the emitting room was registered. Different positions of the percussion machine (in the emitting room) and the sonometer (in the receiving room) were adopted, as described in Section 3.1. The average values of the registered impact noise in the receiving room for the range of frequencies suggested in [26] are presented in Fig. 6a and complemented with the data of Table 2.
