If the phone was already unlocked or your phone was previously hardlocked (0 attempts to enter code) there are no refunds.
*Please keep in mind this is for unlocking the network, NOT the personal security password of the phone or simcard. "PUK code" or "Security code" is not what the unlock code is for.
*If you have a business related to Cellphones or require bulk unlocking, contact us for discounted price.
*Its not necessary but it is a good idea to film the unlocking process once you receive your unlock code because:
1. If you film the successful unlocking process of your phone, please contact us and we can give you an additional discount on your next purchase.
2. In case you receive a code error, you will require a video for us to troubleshoot/refund.
