Yesterday, I called to Yusawa san(Prod.Mgr) and told our price to them.
He said our price is cheaper than current supplier,
but he takes us to next stage.
(He did not tell how much is current supplier...)
So maybe we need more price up to get this customer.
Yesterday, you told that my comission is 1 Bart/Kg.
Buying price = 6 Bart, comission is 1 Bart ---> Commision raio is 16.7%.
Buying price = 8 Bart, comission is 1 Bart ---> Commision raio is 12.5%.
If you reduce commision ratio to 10.0%, can we up buying price?
If we can, I accept reducing my commision.
Could you study it ?
