We would like to remind everyone about a couple of office rules that have been brought to Admin’s attention by some of our staff. Some of our employees have been away for 30 minutes to an hour taking personal calls. Please be informed that we should be active during hours especially 7am-8am as this is a bonus time for everyone.
Work calls are OK if they take a while and we should be using our Avaya phone system for these as it saves you and Exa money, personal calls should not be lengthy and while we understand the need for privacy these calls should really be made in the office, going in and out of the office for personal calls burns up a lot of time and should only be done rare occasions.
For those of you who do not take a lunch break please stick to 20mins break only or clock out via AMS for lunch as others do. Breaking this rule is not fair to the rest of the team who are following the rules so please be aware of this as we will be monitoring it closely.
