HCC cells were treated with baicalein for different times and
then the cells were harvested and lysed with ice-cold lysis buffer supplemented
with protease inhibitors. Proteins were electrophoretically
resolved on 8–10% Tris–Glycine gels and transferred onto a nitrocellulose
membrane. After blocking, the membrane was incubated with the
