This Terms of Service (General Memb

This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User" or "Advertiser") and Paid2YouTube.com. (Paid2YouTube.com includes Paid2YouTube.com, PaidToYouTube.com, Paid2Twitter.com, MyYouTubeViews.com, and YTviews.com) sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking "I Accept." If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Paid2YouTube.com is unwilling to allow you to become a Member.

1) Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Paid2YouTube.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we terminate your account.

2) You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is use the recovery function.
2a) Accounts that have not been used in 90 days will be moved to an inactive database, accounts that are in the inactive database do not earn from referrals. You can reactivate your account at anytime.
2b) A Paid2YouTube.com and Paid2Twitter account are linked at the time of signup, if you did not link accounts support must be contacted immediately to avoid termination of accounts.

3) You may NOT refer other people in your household. No Accounts can share an internet connection. (Prior to 11/1/2009 sharing was allowed, accounts created before 11/1/2009 will not be effected)

4) By clicking on ads in the comment section, you agree to comment on the video/channel shown. By clicking on ads in the subscribe section, you agree to subscribe to the channel shown. By clicking on ads in the ratings section, you agree to rate the video shown. To do the previously mentioned actions you must have an account registered with YouTube. Accounts without YouTube usernames listed will not be able to cash out their balance until a YouTube username is added. Accounts that request cash out and do not have a valid YouTube username will be charged a 5% fee of cash out amount and the remaining funds will be returned to the account balance.
4a) *The following as of 11/1/2010: All accounts requesting cash out will be audited for completion of comment and subscription offers, accounts will be charged upto $0.35 for not completing comments, and $0.50 for not completing subscriptions, accounts with negative balance due to audit will not be cashed out.

5) We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

6) Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to “auto-click”, “auto-surf”, “ad-alert”, or circumvent or defraud Paid2YouTube.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

7) All payments are made via PayPal and no other payment method is being used at this time. You can request for payment once your account balance is $10.00 or more. Your payment will be processed and issued via PayPal within 30 business days. You can only request one payment at the time.
7a) Accounts may be entered into Paid2YouTube’s Quick-Pay system and receive payments within 7 business days, and have no minimum to cash out. Acceptance into Quick-Pay is at the sole digression of Paid2YouTube. Quick-Pay accounts can be removed from the program at any time and without notice.

8) You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique PayPal address/account to register with our program.
8a) You must have a valid unique Youtube account to register for Paid2YouTube.com.
8b) You must have a valid unique Twitter account to register for Paid2Twitter.com.

9) Our current pay rate is $0.005 for each video you view and $0.001 for each video your direct referrals view. $0.10 for each video/channel you comment on and $0.01 for each video/channel your direct referrals comment on. $0.15 for each channel you subscribe to and $0.05 for each channel your direct referrals subscribe to. $0.001 for each cheap ad you view and $0.0005 for each cheap ad your direct referrals view. Pay rates are subject to change at any time and without notice.

10) You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you directly refer.

11) Advertising fees are to be paid via PayPal only. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal funds.
11a) Some payments can be made via Payza. Payza is not excepted for all items.

12) By joining Paid2YouTube.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

13) You are not an employee of Paid2YouTube.com and you are not an independent contractor for Paid2YouTube.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Paid2YouTube.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

14) Refund Policy: Fees for purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have. Charge backs of any kind thru PayPal, will be grounds for termination or deletion of your Paid2YouTube account, and other accounts that Paid2YouTube maintains control of, these are, but not limited to MyYouTubeViews.com.

15) Liability: Paid2YouTube.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Paid2YouTube is not liable for lost funds, or losses of any kind due to Paid2YouTube server outages. Paid2YouTube.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Paid2YouTube.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
