The bell person is primarily responsible for welcoming all guests to the hotel as well as bidding them
farewell.
The bell person is escorting guests to and from their accommodations, orienting them with the
features of the property and their accommodations, assisting the guest in any way to make them feel more
comfortable in accordance Standards of Excellence.

1. Welcome all guests to the hotel and greet all guests in a warm welcome,
recognize all returning and VIP guests, and welcome them back.
2. Offer assistance to all guests and provide them with information requested and directions,
escorting the guest whenever possible.
3. Escort all guests checking in to their accommodations following hotel procedures and
assist their luggage to guests room.
4. Opening the door for the guests at the main entrance of the hotel.
5. Assisting to arrange the transportation for guest.
6. Ordering daily newspaper for guest rooms and seminar rooms.
7. Deliver the morning newspaper to VIP guest rooms.
8. Distributing in & out documents for hotel staff.
9. Prepare and sign daily activities board.
10. Left luggage service upon guest's arrival and departure.
11. Assist guests with general questions and enquires.
12. Assist Front Desk during periods.
13. Perform other duties assigned by F/O
