• All passengers go to (1) ticket vending machine, (2)
ticket selling booth, or (3) directly to the gate with
probability 50%, 40% and 10%, respectively.
• From the data collection, delays at ticket vending
machine, ticket booth, or directly enter to the station
distribute uniformly 4.0-5.0, 3.0-4.0 and 0.5-1.0
seconds, respectively.
