2. To consider and approve the Financial Statement end of March 31st, 2016 (3KI).

The Chairman informed the Meeting that the Board of Directors had acknowledged and approved the Company’s balance sheet and profits & loss statements, for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2016, which was audited by the licensed auditor, Ms. Munchupa Singsuksawat, Certified Public Accountant(Thailand) No.6112 of KPMG Phoomchai Audit Limited on June 24, 2016 the same presented to the Meeting for consideration and approval.

Having considered the matter, the Meeting unanimously approved as follows.

RESOLVED THAT : The Meeting acknowledged and approved the Company’s balance sheet and profits & loss statements, for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2016, which was audited by the licensed auditor, Ms. Munchupa Singsuksawat, Certified Public Accountant(Thailand) No.6112 of KPMG Phoomchai Audit Limited on June 24, 2016 without any revision.
