There's a meeting with 3M Thailand next week at Headoffice level to discuss on current business agreement and we would like to seek your feedback on the following.
1. Quality of work by appointed installer at your branch
2. Response time to a job request
3. Accuracy of invoicing
4. Good practice by other suppliers that 3M is lacking
5. Any common issues you face with the supplier/installer
