Just got a message "Invoice request

Just got a message "Invoice request from Amazon customer customername."

This is for an item I sent them a week ago, complete with the amazon packing slip. Er, any suggestions on what I do now? I suspect they're actually wanting a vat receipt, when I'm not vat registered.

They also want it sending to an email address, but of course amazon has stripped this out of the message.
