Request for BIG Points Claim / Dispute
Before submitting your claim/dispute, please note the following, where applicable :
1) Confirm that your flight departure date or car/hotel check-out date has passed at least 5 days
from today. BIG Points will only be credited 5 working days AFTER the departure / check-out
date.
2) Your departure / check-out date has to be after the date you registered for AirAsia BIG Loyalty
Programme. You can claim for BIG Points only if you fly/stay after becoming a BIG Shot.
3) For other types of claim/dispute, please provide more details under "Additional Information".
4) In order for us to proceed with points claim , you must provide us with supporting documents
(e.g. flight itinerary / booking itinerary / transaction receipt).
5) Any transaction over 30 days' term or any other period as stipulated by the Merchant/BIG
Partner will not be entertained, and the claim / dispute will be rejected.
